Larkspur is halfway between Denver & Colorado Springs.  Our address is 9998 South Perry Park Rd., Larkspur, CO  80118.  Perry Park Road is the same road as DC 105, a two lane road with vertical and horizontal curves.  We are 17 miles south of Sedalia and 8 miles north of Palmer Lake.  Be careful out there.

From I-25 going South: Exit 173 Larkspur on DC 53 (Spruce Mountain Rd.) south for 1 mile. Right (west) at stop sign on DC 60 (Perry Park Ave.) for 3 miles. Sharp left (south) at NEW STOP SIGN on DC 105 (Perry Park Rd.) for 1 mile. Abbe Ranch is on left (east).   We have a portal entrance gate with one big Douglas Fir Tree that we planted in 1971 and a post and rail fence along our driveway.

From I-25 going North: Exit 172 (Lake Gulch Rd.) Left under interstate for 1/4 mile. Left (south) at Tee on DC 53 (Spruce Mountain Rd.). As above.

Also you can drive North from Monument (12 miles) thru Palmer Lake (on DC Hwy.105) to avoid Monument Hill.  Our driveway is on the right and about 1 mile (or 3 driveways) North of Fox Farm Road, but it is a hard right turn into our driveway with the portal entrance and large Douglas Fir Tree..
